In our actual customer cases, many customers choose to install negative pressure fans by themselves for various reasons, and we would recommend such installation:

Step 1: Take your measurements.

Before purchasing a negative pressure fan, we will ask the size of the exhaust outlet, and then match the size of the negative pressure fan.

Step 2: Prepare your tools.

Tools such as electric hand drill, hammer drill, electric welding machine, hand grinder, wrench, screwdriver, vice, and materials such as negative pressure fan, Angle iron, sunlight plate, glass glue, and screws are required during installation of negative pressure fan.

The third step is to make the negative pressure fan mounting bracket.

The installation bracket used in the city of negative pressure fan is made into a triangular bracket similar to the installation bracket of air conditioning with Angle iron on site, and the installation bracket is drilled and brushed with anti-rust paint for anti-rust treatment.

Fourth step, fix the negative pressure fan.

After the installation bracket is fixed on the solid wall at the bottom of the negative pressure fan to be installed, the bracket and the bottom of the negative pressure fan are fixed and locked around the negative pressure fan with self-tapping screws.

The fifth step, workshop waterproof rainwater leakage seal.

After the negative pressure fan is installed and fixed, the gap next to the negative pressure fan needs to be sealed to prevent rain leakage. Small gaps can be coated with glass glue, and the big gaps can be filled with sunshine board, and then the small gaps are sealed with glass glue.

The sixth step, negative pressure fan distribution test machine.

Professional electricians install the control switch for the power distribution of the negative pressure fan, connect the main power line connector, use electrical tape for insulation, bury all the power lines into the wire pipe or wire slot, and use a multimeter to test whether the circuit is normal. After the above work is completed, the negative pressure fan can be powered on for trial operation.
