I. Inspection

Before installation, it is necessary to check whether there is any debris inside the fan. If there is, it should be clear; Whether the rotating impeller is scratched on the spot, it must be adjusted in time.

Ii. Foundation

The thickness of the concrete floor is not less than 300mm, the surface is basically level, according to the mechanism surrounding the addition of not less than 300mm and about 100mm higher than the surrounding floor (waterproof); Can bear the weight of fan floor and roof.

Three, test run

The air valve must be closed before starting, so that the fan can be pneumatic under no-load condition. After reaching the normal speed, the air valve can be gradually opened until the rated condition. The current should be strictly monitored during operation and should not exceed the rated value. The fan shall check whether the temperature rise of the bearing box is normal after 20 minutes of operation (the temperature rise shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and the surface temperature shall not exceed 70 degrees Celsius).

Iv. Maintenance

The fan must be powered off and shut down during maintenance. According to the actual situation, timely replacement of lubricant, when the fan vibration is aggravated, bearing temperature rise is too high, motor current is too large, body overheating and other abnormal conditions, should be timely to find out the cause, troubleshooting after the operation of welding aluminum alloy, common defects are: slag inclusion, bad fusion, pores and thermal cracks.
