 Industrial centrifugal fan debugging is qualified, related to the safety of life and property, the orderly development of production work, the normal operation of the fan, and many other aspects, so the appropriate debugging method is particularly important. Industrial centrifugal fans are mainly composed of complex mechanical equipment such as air inlet, air valve, impeller, motor and air outlet. Under different environmental conditions, the use effect of centrifugal fan is also different. Therefore, in the process of using industrial centrifugal fans, it is necessary to debug the equipment according to the situation, in order to achieve a good use effect. 

Specific debugging methods and everyone analysis: 

 1. Industrial centrifugal fans allow full voltage starting or step-down electric, full voltage starting current is about 5~7 times the rated current, and step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, it should be started with step-down voltage. 

 2. Before the industrial centrifugal fan is tested, it should be clear about the specific situation of the product and check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; Carefully check whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in the same phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components meets the requirements. 

 3. At least two people shall be present during the test run. One person shall control the power supply and the other person shall observe the operation of the fan. After five minutes of operation, stop the machine to check whether the fan has any abnormal phenomenon, and then start the machine after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon. 

 4. When the industrial centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed, the input current of the fan should be measured whether it is normal. The running current of the industrial centrifugal fan should not exceed its rated current. If the running current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supply voltage is normal.

 5. When the two-speed industrial centrifugal fan is tested, the low speed should be started first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; When starting high speed, the fan must be stationary before starting, in case of reverse rotation at high speed, which may cause switch trip and motor damage. 

 6. If the air inlet of the industrial centrifugal fan is fully open for operation, the motor is in danger of damage. Close the valve on the fan inlet or outlet pipe during the fan test run. Gradually open the valve after operation until the required working condition is reached. Pay attention to whether the fan running current exceeds the rated current. Industrial centrifugal fan is a mechanical device that uses energy conversion to discharge gas. Its main function is ventilation, dust discharge and cooling. It is mainly used in mines, tunnels, cooling towers and buildings, and its working principle is similar to that of compressors. Centrifugal fans generally can not be used directly, after installation to debug in order to make it achieve great efficiency. According to the above steps, reasonable debugging of industrial centrifugal fans can make the equipment in good condition under different circumstances. The service life of each industrial centrifugal fan is related to daily maintenance, use, installation, and the quality of the product itself. So customers buy industrial centrifugal fans to choose high performance centrifugal fans, do not be greedy for small and cheap to buy those low quality centrifugal fans.
